Shipping / Ordering

  • At Sportiveurban, we are committed to providing you with fast, secure, and efficient shipping services so that you can receive your favorite items in the most convenient way possible. Below we explain our shipping policies and times.
  • Shipping Options
    We offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time from Spain is 2-5 business days and 4-10 business days from UE. This service is free for orders over €50.
  • Express Shipping: If you need to receive your order faster, select express shipping, with a delivery time from Spain of 1-4 business days and 2-7 business days from UE. The cost of this service is 6.30.
  • International Shipping: We ship to several countries around the world.
  • Delivery time varies between 7-14 business days, depending on the destination. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Order Processing
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same business day.
    Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
    We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Shipment Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
  • Shipping Delays
    While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors, such as logistical issues, weather conditions, or customs in the case of international shipments. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • International Shipping Policy
    For shipments outside of Spain, additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply depending on the customs regulations of the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend that you inform yourself about local customs policies before making your purchase.
  • Shipping Issues
    If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame or if you have received a damaged package, please contact our customer service team at admin@sportiveurban.com/support@printful.com so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address
    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to see if we can make the change before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, once shipped, we will not be able to modify the address.
